Lina at Ubersee is a perfect shot. Inspiring. Like being in another world, another planet. Felt and looked a bit like Copenhagen’s Mermaid.

Ah, the dates are looking good – ending on the 4th, and today is the 5th here in South Austin. We’re getting caught up.

Margaret W just left. She told me she was enjoying your blog and was reading my comments. I was surprised to know this as I was about to ask her to come look at HowLin’s travels on my Mac and enjoy them w/ me.

Can’t beat those mountains! Craggy and powerful. And the water both still and rushing. Have you eating trout from one of those rushing streams?

Lovely pics. Thanks for being so generous sharing your experiences with all your friends. What did the alpenhorn sound like? A giant vuvuzela?

    Ubersee

Is that a lake? Looks a caldera…is it Alpine in nature? The forced perspective of the geologic folding is really great.

See = lake in the German language. Its being in the Alps makes it alpine, I suppose. The rocks looked like limestone to me.
